On 20 January 2012, Mr Patrick Bellouard, OCCAR-EA Director, visited the European Defence Agency for a meeting with Mme Claude-France Arnould, the Chief Executive. 

At end September 2009, the FREMM Contract Amendment 4 has been signed in the OCCAR premises in Paris.

OCCAR and the European Defence Agency will start negociations on an Administrative Arrangement to formalise the cooperative relationship between the two organisations.
