EDA, EATC & OCCAR Trilateral Meeting

On 6th October, the Director met with the EDA CE Mr Jiří Šedivý and EATC Commander MajGen Andreas Schick.

This trilateral meeting focussed around the roadmap of activities covering amongst others Military Airworthiness, spare parts pooling and future A400M developments.

All parties provided updates on their strategic initiatives. The EDA CE highlighted the Strategic Compass initiatives, CARD and the Capability Development Plan. The EATC Commander focussed on the importance of cooperative activities for cross-servicing, maintenance and spare parts exchange. The OCCAR Director highlighted the importance of the Ministerial Joint Declaration and the EDF projects and gave a status update on A400M.
