Removal completed to the new OCCAR premises in Paris

On 21 October 2019, the removal of OCCAR-EA Programme Divisions located in Paris was successfully completed, with all Paris staff now being able to work in their new offices.

On the basis of an OCCAR Board of Supervisors decision taken on 26 June 2018, with the Paris Site Transformation OCCAR-EA expands its physical footprint, technical capacity and capability in Paris to accommodate legacy Programmes as well as new Programmes which may result from the investment cycles of the European Nations or from the initiatives of the European Commission to support armament cooperation in the frame of the European Defence Technological and Industrial Base (EDTIB).

In only less than seven months since signature of the rental contract, the move to the new premises was successfully completed within the foreseen budget and with minimal impact to the overall business.
