OCCAR Director meets DG of Aerial Systems ATLA (Japan)

On 21 June 2023, the OCCAR Director met with Lieutenant General Goto from the Japanese Acquisition, Technology and Logistics Agency (ATLA) during Paris Air Show 2023. In this first meeting between both, the General and the Director had a fruitful exchange of thoughts on the importance of multinational cooperation in the defence equipment sector.

The meeting may be a first step towards new close cooperation between Japan and OCCAR.
