January 2016 ESSOR: Agreement with Wireless Innovation Forum signed OCCAR, on behalf of the ESSOR Participating States, signed on 12 January 2016 an agreement with the Wireless Innovation Forum for the exchange of information in order to support the harmonization of the Software Communications Architecture (SCA) standards at an international level. 17. December 2014 First successful interoperability qualification testing in the ESSOR Programme The first Interoperability Functional Qualification Review (FQR) of the ESSOR Programme was successfully conducted on 17 and 18 December 2014 in Gdynia (Poland). 01. July 2014 ESSOR Architecture offered for release The Participating States to the OCCAR ESSOR Programme (Finland, France, Italy, Poland, Spain and Sweden) are pleased to announce the availability of a first compilation of information concerning the ESSOR Architecture for third party states. 10. March 2014 ESSOR at the MILCOM’13 and WInnComm’14 conferences: Presentations of the ESSOR High Data Rate Waveform capabilities and the methodology for developing a portable coalition waveform software The presentation and promotion of the ESSOR HDR WF (High Data Rate Waveform) as a new international standard for Software Defined Radio (SDR) systems has recently started.
