For the Support of the TIGER Weapon System a major milestone was achieved with the signature of the Repair Frame Contract (RFC) with ECT.

In accordance with the Programme schedule, last Thursday, the 6th October 2011, the first-of-class Italian FREMM (general purpose) vessel Carlo BERGAMINI sailed for the first time, starting the contractor sea trials programme.

Two Aster launches, carried out successfully from the Italian carrier Cavour on 18th and 19th May 2011, confirm the effectiveness of the System SAAM-IT,the anti-aircraft defence self protection system, developed within the FSAF systems family.

On the 16th December 2010, the first French HAD TIGER performed its official first flight in Marignane, France in the presence of French and Spanish Official Services as well as ODT. This first official flight followed a few days after the actual first flight of the helicopter which was done internally by Eurocopter.
