Poland Signs Global Letter of Acceptance (LoA)

Bonn/Germany, 2 December 2025 - The OCCAR-EA Director, Joachim Sucker, welcomed the Vice Consul of the Embassy of Poland in Cologne, Mr. Bartłomiej Książek, at the OCCAR-EA HQ, to receive the signed Global Letter of Acceptance (LoA) signed by the Polish Minister of Defence Mr. Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, Ministry of National Defence (Republic Of Poland).

Following Poland’s participation in the OCCAR (Organisation for Joint Armament Co-operation) ESSOR and HYDEF Programme, this Agreement paves the way for future swift participation of Poland in OCCAR’s growing Programme Portfolio commencing with the REACTII Programme.

Together with the conclusion of global Letters of Acceptances with Denmark, Luxembourg, Romania, and Cyprus in 2025, OCCAR is successfully continuing its path to strengthening European Defence and to significantly enhance its outreach among European nations.
