Issue 2 of EDA - OCCAR-EA Interface Document signed

European Defence Agency (EDA) Chief Executive Jorge Domecq and OCCAR Director Tim Rowntree have jointly signed a new issue of the EDA - OCCAR-EA Interface Document on 16 December 2015. The event took place at OCCAR headquarters in Bonn, in the margins of the biannual meeting of the chiefs of EDA and OCCAR.

EDA and OCCAR have been in close cooperation for ten years and have formalised their partnership with the signature of the EDA-OCCAR Administrative Arrangement in 2012, which provides that the two organisations jointly develop an Interface Document. 

EDA and OCCAR-EA have in 2015 revised their existing Interface Document in order to describe in a more detailed and pragmatic way the cooperation between EDA and OCCAR. The EDA-OCCAR-EA Interface Document is a guidance document for EDA and OCCAR Member States as well as for EDA and OCCAR-EA.
