April 2009 Negotiations on EDA-OCCAR Administrative arrangement OCCAR and the European Defence Agency will start negociations on an Administrative Arrangement to formalise the cooperative relationship between the two organisations. 05. February 2009 Signature of OCCAR-NATO Security Agreement On 5 February, the OCCAR-EA Director and Mr Jaap de Hoop Scheffer, Secretary General of NATO, signed the OCCAR-NATO Security Agreement at the NATO HQ in Brussels.
