Belgium and Germany have launched a new Programme within OCCAR, the Night Vision Capability Programme, that aims to procure this type of equipment for both nations' Armed Forces.

At end September 2009, the FREMM Contract Amendment 4 has been signed in the OCCAR premises in Paris.
