October 2018 PPA Contract Amendment No. 2 signed On 10th October 2018, the Contract Amendment nr. 2 for the PPA Programme has been signed by the Industry Temporary Consortium (Fincantieri and Leonardo) and OCCAR-EA on behalf of Italyin the frame of the 29th FREMM Programme Committee, in Rome . 31. July 2018 Movement completed to the OCCAR Bonn new premises On the 31th July, successfully and ahead of schedule, OCCAR-EA Bonn site completed its removal to its new premises, 100 meters away from its old headquarters. 29. June 2018 PARTICIPATION OF OCCAR IN THE 6TH EDITION OF SEAFUTURE SEAFUTURE was held in the Naval Station of La Spezia, and presented a great opportunity for Industries to showcase new products; in fact during the event many technological maritime innovations were introduced during a large number of stages and workshops. This year the event has gained an international profile thanks to the participation of about 140 exhibitor industries and more than 40 foreign navies delegations from all over the world. In this edition OCCAR was invited to participate to discuss its role in defence procurement.
