On 7 April 2014, the OCCAR-EA BOXER Programme Manager released the delivery of the first Netherlands’ Ambulance (NL AMB) BOXER. The NL AMB is part of the fleet of 472 BOXER vehicles in total to be delivered. 

The presentation and promotion of the ESSOR HDR WF (High Data Rate Waveform) as a new international standard for Software Defined Radio (SDR) systems has recently started.

OCCAR Director Tim Rowntree was invited by UK Defence Forum, a high level non-partisan, non-profit organisation informing the UK Defence Policy debate, to join their recent meeting in London and speak to them.

The Chief Executive of the European Defence Agency, Ms. Claude-France Arnould, visited the OCCAR-EA Headquarters in Bonn on 22 March 2011.
